What’s different about the ADV3NTURE Hoodie and the Drinking Jacket?
In a word: Lots! The whole hoodie has been improved. The ADV3NTURE hoodie has: • A smaller bottle opener. • A second bottle-opener “ventilation” zipper (a bottom zipper that you can zip up to cool off) • Five (5) extra pockets (a water-proof inside pocket, a mini-pen pocket, a passport pocket, and two front cargo pockets). • Zippers added to the side pockets. • An earbud loop by the inside pocket. • A larger hood (with a super-soft lining) that you can pull over your eyes • Snaps to make the hood smaller, so it doesn’t go over your eyes when you don’t want it to. • Drawstrings to pull the hood over your eyes. • A deeper koozie pocket (for bottles). • Larger grips on the cuffs. • A small zipper “garage” (the flap that keeps it from hitting you in the face). • More subtle logos. • More comfortable sizing for men. • Women’s sizes. • (All-Weather ADV3NTURE JACKET only) Water-resistant & lined with ridiculously soft Sherpa fabric in the body, hood and side pockets, and quilted fabric in the arms. Do you have a return policy?
Most Kickstarter campaigns do not have return policies. We do. If you find a manufacturer’s defect, or received the wrong size, you have 30 days to exchange the hoodie. Just follow the directions on the packing slip. If, once you receive your hoodie, you wish to change the size/color (and an alternate is available), there is a $15 fee (per Hoodie) inside the US (international rates vary per country, please contact the email address provided on your return form included in every package) to cover the return shipment. All of the details and customer service email will be on the packing slip included in your order.
How do I select my size and color?
We will send out a SURVEY shortly after the campaign is finished (Wednesday October 12th, 9:00PM PST) to collect all information regarding your pledge. Do all of the styles come in all of the sizes offered?
Yes! The ADV3NTURE Hoodies & Jackets are available in 22 sizes. All colors and styles are available in Men’s and Women’s. What is the difference between the ADV3NTURE HOODIE CLASSIC, ADV3NTURE HOODIE LIMITED and All-Weather ADV3NTURE JACKET?
All versions have the same 23 pockets and features shown in the master graphic. The ADV3NTURE HOODIE CLASSIC versions have color accents in the zipper, bottle-opener zipper pull, and sunglass tag. The ADV3NTURE HOODIE LIMITED versions are the same structure as the CLASSIC, but are made with premium fabrics. The All-Weather ADV3NTURE JACKET has the same structure as the ADV3NTURE HOODIE LIMITED, and added water-resistance (enough for a long day in the heavy rain) and is lined with ridiculously soft Sherpa fabric. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
